FTScale, a trading name of The Friendly Turtle Company Ltd, provides ecommerce fulfilment, marketing, and related consultancy services. Fulfilment services may include:
 

• Inventory storage
• Pick and pack
• Order dispatch
• Returns handling
 

Marketing services may include:
 

• Website design
• Search engine optimisation (SEO)
• Paid advertising management
• Email marketing
• Ecommerce growth consultancy
 

Service scope, pricing, and specific terms will be agreed separately in writing.
 

3.2 Client Responsibilities
 

You agree to:
 

• Provide accurate product and order information
• Ensure your products comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance for your goods if required
 

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
 

3.3 Dispatch and Courier Liability
 

Once orders are collected by the courier, responsibility transfers to the courier. We are not liable for:
 

• Courier delays
• Lost parcels caused by courier services
• Delivery failures outside our control
 

3.4 Marketing Disclaimer
 

We provide marketing services using reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee:
 

• Sales results
• Google rankings
• Advertising performance
• Revenue increases
 

Marketing outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.
 

3.5 Fees and Payment
 

Fees will be agreed in advance. Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms. We reserve the right to:
 

• Suspend services
• Withhold dispatch
• Charge late fees if payment is overdue.
 

3.6 Limitation of Liability
 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Friendly Turtle Company Ltd shall not be liable for:
 

• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business
• Indirect or consequential loss
 

Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the previous three (3) months.
 

3.7 Termination
 

Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in case of:
 

• Non-payment
• Breach of these Terms
• Illegal or prohibited products
 

3.8 Confidentiality
 

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties.
 

3.9 Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
